Scale and Installation
Work in the Room
How the paintings sit in a room, shown in digital visualizations.

At 9 × 6 feet, What the Dark Keeps reaches floor to ceiling in a domestic room. In a gallery it holds a single wall on its own and sets the register for the rest of the series.
The 48 × 36 and 48 × 48 inch works hang comfortably in pairs or in a run of three, with 8 to 12 inches between canvases.
Depth
1.5 in stretcher, unframed (works over 61 in tall ship rolled)
Hanging
D-rings and wire, or cleat on request
Lighting
Soft directional; the surface carries texture and reads best off-axis
